We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to run the service, comply with the law or protect our business and users.

• Suppliers that help us provide vehicle data and report content, including UK Vehicle Data and other trusted data feeds.
• Payment and fraud-prevention providers, including Stripe, to process purchases securely.
• Hosting, database and authentication providers, including Supabase, to run the service.
• Email delivery and customer communication providers, including Resend or equivalent messaging suppliers.
• AI service providers, including OpenAI, where used to generate report summaries or similar features.
• Analytics or advertising providers where you actively consent to analytics or marketing cookies.

• Support enquiries and contact-form submissions: usually up to 24 months after the issue is closed, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute, complaint or legal requirement.
• Marketing preferences, unsubscribe records and consent logs: normally up to 6 years from the last recorded preference change or marketing interaction so we can evidence compliance and respect suppression requests.
• Cookies, browser storage and analytics identifiers: according to the relevant cookie duration or provider settings described in our Cookie Policy.

We use automated tools, including AI models, to generate summaries, risk indicators, MOT commentary, suggested questions and similar report features from underlying vehicle and report data. These features are provided for general information only and are not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you without human involvement.

We may send you service communications about your account, purchases or saved vehicles. If you opt in, we may also send reminder, offer and savings emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or instructions in the email.
