Delete your Ultimate Car Checker account

Permanently delete your account and associated personal data.

Do this first

Delete your account online

  1. Sign in to the Ultimate Car Checker account you want to delete.
  2. Open My Account and scroll to Delete Account.
  3. Select Delete my account, type DELETE, then confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

  • Your account profile and authentication record
  • Saved vehicles, reports and garage information linked to your account
  • Push-notification identities and reminder settings linked to your account
  • Other personal account data that we are not legally required to retain

Data we may retain

We may retain limited transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal-claim records where the law or a legitimate security need requires it. Financial and audit records may be kept for up to six years and are disconnected from your deleted account where possible. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.

Need help?

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@ultimatecarchecker.co.uk from the address linked to the account and ask us to start an account-deletion request.
